Pathibhara Secondary School Conducts One-Day Workshop on Life Vision and Lifestyle for Over 800 Students

Itahari. A one-day workshop on Life Vision and Lifestyle was conducted for the students of Pathibhara Secondary School in Itahari. The workshop focused on fundamental necessities for living, qualities, and behaviors required to thrive in society, and the meaning of life.

More than 800 students from grades 2 to 10 actively participated in the event. Nutritionist, lifestyle, and yoga instructor Dr. Raju Adhikari provided guidance to the students.

During the workshop, Dr. Adhikari emphasized that education with moral values and the practice of yoga benefits both physical and mental well-being. He urged students to integrate yoga into their daily routines for its long-term benefits. Additionally, he offered training on how yoga can positively impact human health. He encouraged students to make prayer a part of their mornings, practice exercise, maintain hygiene, transform work into Karma Yoga, breathing into Prana Yoga, food into Ahara Yoga, and thoughts into Dhyana Yoga. He stressed the importance of balancing actions and thoughts to align yoga with lifestyle.

Prominent social figure Hari Dahal, school president Nirmal Rijal,school principal Dr. Gopal Shrestha,  board of directors Chandika Bhandari Upreti and Roman Kattel, and among others, attended the program.
